Dying after sex

Is it normal for my fwb to feel like he was dying after sex he said he got dizzy and couldn’t walk after sex I’ve never heard of anything like this but it scared me and now i don’t think I want to mess with him anymore he thought his uncle put something in his weed he said he has never felt like this before
