Hello,

I already workout, but since having my lil girl it's been extremely hard losing the pounds. I was under weight when I got pregnant 6' ft 127 lbs. At the end I was 220 lbs, I am now 170 and at healthiest I was 135. Sorry for all of the background but I'm needing some exercise and food plans to help me out. Any suggestions, please and thank you.
