Likelihood Of Conceiving

So my SO and I are trying to have a boy, so we wanted to wait as close to peak day as possible for sex. Is this a good idea if my peak day is tomorrow (Sunday the 30th) and we had sex yesterday and today?? What are my chances of actually getting pregnant? It’s been over 5 years since I had my last child and I wasn’t exactly “trying” to have her. Lol
