He was in 3-6 months until about 4.5 months old when we had to move up to 6-9 months because he's so tall the other onesies weren't snapping. He's almost 5 months old and 27” tall!

At 4 months my son skipped 6 months clothes and went to 9. At 9 months he was in size 18 months. Every baby is different, as long as the Dr is happy with growth, just get clothes that fit.

My daughter is 4 months and is wearing 3-6 in onesies, but 0-3 in sleepers and pants because of how petite she is (basically she's really short). She was born a month early, but me and my husband are both below average when it comes to height (I'm 5'2" and he's 5'8") so I think it has more to do with genetics than when she was born.
