How do you turn you man on or get him interested in sex?

Recently my schedule has become busy and my boyfriend and I don't get much alone time. When we do it usually just cuddling while watching a show or movie or sitting down for dinner before he plays games. I want to fool around with him, but I'm too shy to make the first move and don't have much conference in myself. He's not always in the mood when I am, so I need ideas to turn him on or be more spontaneous with sex...can anyone help me?
