Discharge

I’m 20 years old been having unprotected/pull of method sex for about 2 months. 1 weeks ago I got a bit of brown blood which I put down to old blood, since then I’ve been getting a lot of clear watery but sticky discharge (no smell) everyday also been having belly cramps, back pain, being sick and feeling sick specially after smoking. I’ve took 3 pregnancy test one was a very faint positive and the other 2 was negative. I’m due my period in 4 days. Anyone had this?
