I need help

This is going to sound crazy, but as someone with anxiety and an extreme fear of pregnancy, I just ask for any response to be kind..

I haven’t had sex since last year. This month my boyfriend fingered me twice, but on my fertile days. I made him wash his hands before, but he never touched himself before anyway. However I am worried I may be pregnant from this. My period is supposed to come in a few days but I have no symptoms other than sore breasts. It’s irrational but I’m just looking for reassurance please
