2 periods in a month

Hello,

I had my first period from the 5th-8th dec. My second period started on the 26th and lasted till today. Both were normal periods. Why has this happened? Note that my period came regularly before I took the morning after pill on september. Didn't get a period in october but it came on the 2nd of november and then in december i get 2 periods. Is this my body trying to get my cycle back to normal??
