Heart Issues
I've seen several posts about heart palpitations. Mine skips a beat sometimes, which I've had since puberty. But never during pregnancy until now.
I've seen my ob and my primary care doctor. I had an ekg done as well. I was told that I have a normal ekg but have been referred to a heart specialist anyway.
The thing is, they only happen when I'm up and about moving too briskly or just super active, which I finally feel ready for.
I've been told over and over again there is nothing to worry about. But I can't help but worry.
I just got done tidying up a bit, my fit bit said I did about 600 steps in 20 minutes, that's not a lot.
But then when I sat down I suddenly felt this attack of skips overlapping each other, took my breath away. Then gone. My BP is normal, pulse is good.
I just need to hear from some of you who have been going through this too and know that you are still doing OK.
I think it would make me feel much better right now.
