Spoiled baby. FTM

So I’m a FTM and my 1month Old is spoiled. I just wanted to hold him and cherish every second of him finally being here. Way now he won’t let U put him down AT ALL with out screaming. How can I break this habit? Yes I know it’s my fault for holding him so much since he’s been born. My 1st baby and I just couldn’t help it.
