Has anyone accurately used their cervix to predict pregnancy?

Adie

So AF was due today and hasn't shown up, but no bfp yet either... so naturally I haven't stopped researching early pregnancy signs all damn day. I was scrolling glow and saw a random post about cervix position and immediately ran to check mine... and it felt SO different from any other time I've checked! And I check it pretty regularly. It has NEVER felt like that before ever. It was high, kind of flat, and SUPER soft. The internet says that's exactly how it should feel after conception so obviously I'm freaking out, but still trying to stay realistic and not get my hopes up. Anyone ever experience this and end up with a bfp???
