I’ve never had breastpain before only when I breastfed but it’s been over a year now. I’m not pregnant but out of nowhere I got pain my breast like they feel sore and tender and I feel lumps inside them, I was thinking maybe I am pregnant but I got my period last month, whenever I get my period the only symptoms I have I lower back pain, could it be possible that I get new symptoms now? Or maybe it’s a sign of breast cancer? I’m only 20
