How to get rid of an ear infection fast?

I’m 37 weeks and 4 days and I have a double ear infection. This is my first ear infection ever, and it’s horrible I can’t sleep it’s hard to eat. Is there anything I can do to make this go away any faster, I’ve been taking Tylenol and amoxicillin and that’s not working. Anyone have any advice for me?

Your antibiotic should help within 48-72 hours. Just keep with it. Use warm compresses and try to sleep

I currently have an ear infection too I haven’t gotten one since I was a little girl !

I get ear infections A LOT. And they are SO irritating. 
I would consider a heating pad. They help!!  A hot shower helps too! And chewing gum helps to break it all up and work the muscles towards the end of the ear infection.
Sadly, drops won’t help if it’s inner ear and not outer ear. So keep taking those anti biotics and ride it out!

I had a double ear infection right around 25 weeks or so and took amoxicillin. The dr told me this will kill the infection but it’s likely that my ears would still sound clogged for several weeks following.

Did you get ear drops from your doctor? They usually work pretty quick.
