Anyone know what this is on gums
Our guy is 11 weeks old and 2 days and just a few days before Christmas this has appeared on his guys and he has been putting his fist in his mouth a lot and drooling more often. A few family members thought it looked like he might be teething but seems a little early for that. Sorry for the hard to see picture he has it on both sides of his gums and from our view looks like the canine teeth want to appear.
