I honestly dont know how you'd fail it, it's common sense.

I failed mine the first time 🤷🏼‍♀️. It was just because the test I had asked a lot of specific number questions like what percentage of accidents are caused by drinking and driving. I think they said roughly like 46% of people fail it the first time. So don’t stress but the book really helped and I made flash cards. I past the second time by the way and it was easy and I was done in like 5 minutes.
