I need a healthy pregnacy diet for this pregnacy my first pregnancy want this one to be healthy and safe ❤

I’m a nutritionist, you need to make sure you get lots of good protein (lean meat or vegetarian sources), plenty of fruit and veg (more veg than fruit for blood glucose control), calcium, leafy green veg, fibre and a bit of what you fancy. If you’re craving chocolate, a square of dark chocolate is no bad thing (just remember the caffeine). Avoid ‘high risk foods’ and drink gallons of water! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months
