Gain weight.
I need suggestions on gaining weight. My weight sometimes fluctuates between 110-112. On my good days I’ll be 112 if I’m on top of my eating habits. My small goal is to be 120lbs but my main goal for the year is 130. I’m trying to hit the 120 goal mark first but am having trouble. Im consistent with the gym, going 5xs a week. I’m all about learning new methods and getting advices so please help me out.
Backstory: I have been going to the gym for almost two years and I started at 95lbs. I kept being consistent then brought my weight up to 105 and I’m currently at 112.
