anyone else’s toddler (almost 3 year old here) have sweaty hands and feet??

I just put our daughter to bed, and after we brush her teeth we wash her hands before we put her pjs on. After I put the hand towel back on the holder, after I dried her hands, I went to set her down off the counter and her hands were soaked! I grabbed the towel again and dried her hands. Went to her room and as I was putting her pjs on they were soaked again, and so were her feet.

We’ve known she gets sweaty hands and feet for a long time now, but this seemed excessive. We’ve got no idea what causes it. Never think to ask the doctor when we’re there because it’s not usually on our minds lol. 🤷🏻‍♀️
