Random sharp pain

So I’m currently 35 weeks and 4 days and sometimes for the past two weeks I’ll wake up out of my sleep with a sharp stabbing pain in the left of my abdomen like right below my bikini line. I don’t think it’s a contraction because I can pretty much tell when I get those now and there no where near as painful as this pain is. Wondering if it’s the baby’s head pushing on a certain nerve or if it could be my bowels trying to release?!?! Only last about 5 minutes long but it’s random!!!
