Can you ladies feel your lymph nodes in your groin?

I noticed this evening that I can feel mine very easily, and on one side they are bigger than the other (1/2 cm on the right, and 1 cm on the left). I just noticed this today and idk if it’s normal or not. My husband and I were going to start trying this month and I’m nervous I have a problem.

I’m really skinny, like stick figure skinny, and my hip bones sick out, so my husband thinks I can only feel them because I have no fat covering them. Idk if that’s even possible. Thanks everyone in advance!
