Anyone else’s baby’s sleeping schedule messed up? If so, what did u do to fix it? I try to keep her awake during the day but it’s like no matter what i do she won’t stay awake and will cry her lungs out if I don’t let her sleep 😴 she don’t play when it comes to her sleep just like daddy 🤦🏻‍♀️

My (almost) 3 month old only stays awake 1-2 hours at a time and then takes a 1-2 hour nap. So this repeats all day until about 6pm. That’s when I give her a bath, rub lavender oil on her and put in her pajamas. That’s her indicator to get ready to sleep for a long period of time. She’s EBF so she starts to stir every 3-4 hours because she’s hungry so I feed her while she’s still asleep and lay her back down. I’m not sure if this info helps but this is what has worked for us.

Routine. We do the same things every day at about the same time. We also do a bath every night, she loves it, it relaxes her, and it’s her signal that sleep is coming. She actually gets so excited on her changing pad when we are undressing her 😂 then bottle, cuddle, swaddle and bed. Most night works like a charm. We get 11-12 hours of sleep with only one awakening to eat
