Unisom for MS
One more question. I’m a super light sleeper, and bedshare with my 17 month old. Daddy works nights so it’s just me and my son.
If I Raif unisom at night.. is it going to knock me out where I am not in a light sleep??
Or should I take it in the morning and just push through the sleepiness? This nausea is kicking my butt
