Scared of Childbirth

So I'm now 34 weeks pregnant and I am already freaked out about childbirth which is crazy because I should know what to expect. I have two other children a 8 year old daughter & 1 year old boy. This one was a surprise and now that I'm getting closer to my due date I'm not sure why I'm so nervous. I guess because I've been hearing alot of scary delivery stories lately such as the women or baby passing. I'm scared of having complications and even having a c-section. I get anxiety just thinking about it. I know this is unhealthy. Is this normal? What can I do about it to calm my nerves? 😰
