Period type cramping?

Almost 17 weeks now and for the past week I’ve been getting period type cramps that are getting more intense. Can’t tell if I pulled a muscle (I picked my 2.5 year old up wrong a few weeks ago). Or if it’s round ligament just painful?

I have these cramps everyday . Have had them the entire almost 18 weeks. Now I’m told I need to drink more and that it’s stretching

i’ve has cramps through my whole pregnancy , i’m 15 weeks & 3 days, they have usually been just happening once in a while til last week they were more frequent & it turns out o had a UTI!
