Anyone else already get their first period😭

My baby is 4 weeks tomorrow and I got my period a day ago.. I ovulate from both ovaries so I’m very fertile anyways but seems like abstinence is the only way for me😂.. I’m trying to get to 6 years before another baby. But I’m already ovulating again 3 weeks after my first, I’m scared to even hold hands!
