How hard is 2 under 2 really?

I have a sixteen month old boy now and am 23 weeks pregnant. They will be about 20/21 months apart. 
My son is very good at entertaining himself but also love all the attention a good bit of time. Which is normal of course. I’m just wondering how hard it really is going to be.
What’s something you wish you knew to make it easier or some helpful tips?

I think 2 under 2 is actually easier!! I have 4 children really close in age. The smallest gap is 15 months between #3 and #4. Those were the easiest because I was already in baby mode. When I had a larger gap I was used to a bit more sleep and out of the diaper stage.

It honestly depends on how your child reacts to the new baby lol it can be cake, or an absolute nightmare. Making sure he gets enough attention is going to be the main thing.

I didnt have 2 under 2 but I had a newborn and one that was 2years and 4 months. It was perfect in my opinion. Today at 7 and 5 they are best friends
