Can u eat sunnyside up eggs when ur pregnant or will it cause harm to the baby?

I did. It was the only way I could eat them when I was preggers with my daughter and the diabetic dietitian I had to see didn't say I had to cook them differently. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Yup you can. The risk is salmonella but as long as there isn't a recall on eggs you're fine. I've eaten them my whole pregnancy.
