30 day period???
So about a month ago, prior to going TTC, I decided to get healthy. Lose some weight and eat healthier. I started adding fruit smoothies to my morning and walking. In my smoothies I use chia seeds which are high in omega 3's. I suddenly started spotting early for a whole week and that lead to light bleeding for two weeks and I'm in the middle of my third week with a very heavy flow. I mean, I bled through my pad overnight.
I'm thinking that the omegas are affecting my hormones and that's why I am having a very weird cycle. Anyone else go through this? Normally, I have a 7-9 day period with only 2-3 heavy days every 29-35 days.
I'm just bummed because I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I just want it to end!!!! Lol
