On Friday night I went to the ER because I had some cramping and spotting. They did an ultrasound and just saw the gestational sac nothing in it but they said that could’ve been normal since it’s so early. They did bloodwork and tested my hcg levels at 9 pm and told me to return in 2 days to retest hcg. I went at 4 am today because we were supposed to be leaving on a trip and they retested and the levels dropped by 500. They said it’s most likely going to be a miscarriage when the levels drop and to just follow up with my obgyn in two days 😢 has anyone experienced this and still went on to have a healthy pregnancy? My levels were 11,600 and today were 11,100. I’m supposed to be 6 weeks tomorrow.
