Super nervous

Hey everyone this is my second pregnancy but first baby I'm about 5 weeks along but I'm not having any symptoms. I know I shouldn't be complaining but I don't feel like it's true. Does anyone else have no symptoms?  I have a doctors appointment next week but I feel that maybe in too early for them to see anything.  Sorry for blabbing I'm just afraid I might miscarrage again. Thanks!
