TMI alert

I had my son about 4 months ago. Shortly after and still I have noticed that when I use the restroom there seems to be a bulge in my vagina, towards the back. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and waiting on insurance for an appointment. Has anyone else experienced this and could it cause issues with my current pregnancy?
