Folic Acid and Prenatal vitamins?

When should you or could you start taking them?
I know you can take Folic Acid while TTC but can you or should you take Prenatal vitamins as well?

Take prenatals while ttc! And w folate not folic acid - better for you :)

Prenatal’s are honestly made to take before getting pregnant to help prep your body, even though most don’t start taking them until they actually conceive. So, to answer your question, start taking them now! You really want them to be in your system for 3 months before conceiving.
