Jump Starting Labor

I understand labor will happen when it happens, but today I’m attempting to help it out a bit if I can.

I have..

•ate a ton of pineapple

•done the deed with my husband

•had periodic squat sessions

•walked quite a bit

•having some spicy chicken for supper

I refuse to do castor oil and also don’t have a ball to bounce on. I have been taking red raspberry tea pills but understand that is more for stronger constructions for labor rather than bringing on labor.

Any other recommendations?
