So my mom took my 3 year old son to dinner. It was supposed to be all of us but my 12 year old got sick. So she's bringing my son back and she tells me I need to put him in daycare. I asked why she said because for almost 30 minutes he asked for me and dad. That he kept saying he wanted to come home. I'm a sahm to my kids so they are always with me. Well my mom only comes around every so often. She will sometimes come by on Friday for dinner but not often. My son has only stayed the night with her maybe 4 times. My husband always says if she acted more like a grandma our son would want to be around her. I know my son loves her just doesn't want to be with her without me. Anyone else's mom like this.
