Soft cup method
Does anyone else use the soft cup method? You insert a soft cup after you BD to keep all the sperm close to your cervix. I keep mine in for 12 hours after sex.
This is our first month TTC and I used the soft cup twice, 1 and 3 days before confirmed ovulation.
12 DPO and testing tomorrow, I hope the soft cup worked 🤞
