I’m 22w5d pregnant. Had a pelvic and cervical check yesterday and today I noticed this!!!! Freaking out? Is it my mucus plug? Does it look like it has a blood tinge to it?!?!

Just looks like pregnancy discharge to me. Even if it was a bit if mucous plug, it's only a teeny, tiny bit of it, and your body will replace it right away without your being at risk at all. When you "lose" your plug in labor or shortly before, it looks nothing like that. It's huge chunks, and bloody.
Any time your cervix gets touched in pregnancy, it can spot a little. This is normal and expected. That doesn't look even slightly pink on my phone though.
