12 days late and negative tests

Hi y’all- I’m sure this post is fairly common but I’m reaching out in hopes of some insight. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 3 years. We’ve had two miscarriages very early on. This month, I’m 12 days late- and no sign of my period. I’ve taken so many tests (more than I would like to admit!) and still negative. We meet with a doctor about IVF in January. Has anyone had a tests show up positive this late? We were only intimate once this month (my husband had surgery on us shoulder) but it was during my peak ovulation.

Just hoping for some insight and advice.
