Probably from straining, its only a little and bright red so not too concerning. Pears are a great addition to help loosen things up lol, blueberries seem to do the trick for my daughter too

Does he have anything other than milk? I ask because some foods my daughter ate early on were like dye to her poop. Even the tiniest bit!
