My doc said reputable cold cuts are fine. Just not to eat any that have been sitting out. She also said cooked seafood is perfectly fine. 
She did say to avoid soft cheeses, though. A little is okay but not a lot. And to limit caffeine.

I eat lunch meat or hotdogs almost everyday 🤷🏻‍♀️ they are more worried about the nitrates but unless you are eating a whole pigs worth of lunch meat everyday you are fine.
