I really don’t know what to do
I suffer with Anxiety and Depression, have done for around 2/3 years and it’s recently got to the point where I can’t even go out because of it, I barely get dressed, my personal hygiene is basically going out the window, pretty much anything is a chore. I’m suppose to start a new job on Wednesday and just the thought of it is making me want to die.. I’m really not ready but I can’t afford to not work anymore.. I don’t know what to do😭😭
