Sperm inside me first day fertile window?

Has this happened for anyone yet.. I don’t understand fertile window separating from the ovulating day. HELP

Sperm can live inside of you for an average of 5 days. That’s why you have a “fertile window” leading up to ovulation. However,
ovulation is when the egg is released, and the egg must be present to get pregnant, because it must become fertilized. So if you’re trying to get pregnant, you should really have sex again 2-3 days before you ovulate, and probably the day before you ovulate, because once the egg is actually present, it only has a very short window to be fertilized.
