my nose has bleeding like this for an hour off and on and I’m 13 weeks pregnant , i am also sick any help? I tried calling my OB he’s out of town

I'd get a humidifier if I were you, and keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get worse. It's probably just dry air combined with you being sick.

As long as you’re not pouring out of both nostrils I think you should be okay, just stuff your nose full of tissue and keep your back back every now and then... drink plenty of fluids

This happened to me with my last pregnancy. I started spreading a light amount (like putting lotion on your hands) coconut oil in my nose with a q tip before bed. You can do the same with Vaseline. Helped tremendously.

That’s actually pretty common. Your blood volume has already increased significantly and some blood vessels - especially the sensitive ones in your nose - are bound to burst due to that. Make sure that when you do need to blow your nose, to do it as gently as possible and if you don’t already, use a humidifier in your home. Feel better momma!
