Afraid

I dislike my body. I want to change my life style and become healthier. That means eat healthy food and exercising and all those things. However I’m aware that I’m overweight (like a lot) and I’m short like 5’1 feet tall. I might probably weight around 200-235 or maybe more ? I honestly don’t know I haven’t weighted myself.

However, I want to do all this, but I’m scared of having extra/loose skin after on my stomach . I think that is the main reason like I haven’t started. Will I have loose skin if I decide to lose weight.

Ps. In NO means do I want to offend anyone with my post. Just that I overthink and I’m so self-conscious.
