Prego on BC?

Ok, so we had a MMC in July. It was horrific and beyond painful, and it being my second, I got on B.C. as soon as I was cleared. So since August I've been on bc and literally have had a "period" every 2 weeks like clockwork, without missing a single one.... I'm not kidding, every other Friday since August. I was super sick with the flu and went in 2 rounds of antibiotics which effects bc. Now I've missed a full month.. no blood, minor spotting for 1 day on the 14th...and I mean just wiped once spotting. My boobs hurt like crazy, I'm nauseated all the time, insomnia, minor pains very low in my abdomen and at hips (which I remember from my last pregnancy) constipation, and I smell EVERYTHING, but all neg preg tests. Someone please tell me what's going on. I'm going out of my mind.
