I've been talking to this guy for months (6 months to be exact) and about a month ago the topic of my birthday came up and when I asked what day my birthday was he completely blanked out..couldn't even think of the month (mind you we celebrated my birthday together). He said he's not good with dates so its hard for him to remember. But we were just talking about a game that he wanted that was coming out and he was able to pin point that it came out the day after his friend's (who is a girl) birthday. So I became annoyed because how can you not remember the birthday of the girl you're talking to but that of a friend you've known for barely a year. Am I right to be annoyed or should I just let it go?

Update: I just asked him again right now when my birthday was and he had to check in his memos to tell me :)
