How long will 48oz last?

I'm a FTM who will be exclusively formula feeding. I just bought a 48oz can of formula powder. How many days should that last a newborn? I figured she would probably eat about 24oz prepared a day.

The American academy of pediatrics recommends sung ready to feed formula bottles until 2 months because they’re made with sterile water. Something to consider, though it is more expensive.

I think it just depends on the baby. My son is 2 weeks old and eating every 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but is eating 3/4 oz at a time
