I haven’t took a test yet, but I’m going to today

Okay ladies, so the day before my period when I was suppose to start, I had a little bit of brown discharge come out of me and then after that I haven’t seen anything else. I’m now 4 days late, but my nipples are sore, my lower back hurts, and I’m having cramps... do y’all think I could possibly be pregnant? I’ve been tryin for four months now and don’t want to get my hopes up. 💜
