Anyone taken zofran and had bleeding?

My doctor prescribed me zofran because I couldn't eat, sleep, or keep anything down. I'd been taking it for about a week or two, like one or two pills a day if that, and one night I woke up soaked in blood and passed a clot the size of my palm. TMI SORRY! I'm only 11 weeks along so I instantly thought miscarriage 😟 the bleeding stopped almost as soon as it started. I called my doctor and they sent me for an ultrasound and everything is fine and baby looks perfect they said. They couldn't give me a reason for the bleeding...

I know that there are mixed reviews about zofran. But it really seems to help. I'm concerned now though that this could be why I was bleeding. Does anybody have any experience with this.
