Push Perineum Buttom Balm??

Hey ladies. I just started using this ointment because I've heard from a few moms that it works well and I'm trying whatever I can to prevent tearing this time (had 2nd degree tear with first baby).
Have any of you ladies used this and how did you find it worked?!

I don’t know about this brand but I can tell you I used something I got on amazon. Called earth mama organic perineal balm and it was uhhhh-Mazing. I didn’t use it for prevention but did use it afterward and it felt so good on my stitches/tear. I buy it for all my friends haha I swear by it!

I didn't use anything, my obgyn used oil and stretched and massaged me during delivery and I didn't tear. She is amazing

I was just going to use coconut oil. I’ve also heard it’s not worth doing until at least 30-34weeks.
