Confusion

I’m super confused!! My boyfriend and I have been together for 11 years (our junior year of high school) and he says he isn’t ready for kids yet! BUT....I’m not on birth control, we don’t use condoms, and he has stopped pulling out!!! What does he think is going to happen?!? We have had multiple discussions about children and he always says he isn’t quite ready yet but then he started doing this. He is one to get uncomfortable when talking about it. Could it be possible that he is ready and just doesn’t know how to tell me/doesn’t want to put pressure on us? I am SOOO ready to have his child.
